Every January my family chooses a personal word for the year. We use colored pencils and make it fancy or embellish it with art, then discuss what it means and why we chose it. Then we post them on the frig or some prominent place to guide us through the year.

Though I won't choose it myself, Systems is a great word. Most of what I have finally accomplished the last few years as a consultant is because I put structure in place. For a visionary who lives unconventionally led by energy and Spirit, it's essential! Have to get in the physical world to make the spiritual world real!!
