In the book, Keltner shares his team’s findings that experiences of awe are not only a supercharged antidote to most of the mental, physical, and moral ailments that plague our times (loneliness, lack of purpose, disconnection from our bodies and from nature, violence, and oppression, to name a few, which BTW, is a profoundly powerful finding, and one that we should all pay attention to) but he also writes that we can intentionally cultivate everyday experiences of awe as a practice, putting this power squarely in our own hands.

I've been spouting the importance of awe for years to my clients. I'm happy Keltner (and you) are reaching a wider audience.
Awe is our natural connection to divinity and intuition. I've experienced incredible things and heard many wild stories over the 30 years I've counseled others. We're so much more than these bodies!
