Learning this has been a life-changer for me. As part of my goal to feel stronger and lighter I started with a 10-second pike every morning before sitting at my desk to work. In a month I was up to 1.5 minutes and my arms looked great! I used to think I couldn't set and make goals. It was learning to break them down into realistic, attainable, sustainable actions that makes all the difference.
