My daughter can eat pasta and bread in Italy with no issues.. In California the gluten level makes her fatigued, nauseous and gives her joint pain. Huge difference. The gluten free pasta and bread we buy is expensive. I might as well buy the imported flour and pasta! Thanks for the inspiration!
